Use of the App

Dock Dancer turns your macOS Dock icon into an animated dancer that responds when system audio is playing. One dancer is free; premium dancers unlock via a one-time In-App Purchase. Use the app for personal entertainment only. Do not circumvent the premium unlock or misuse the app. Requires macOS 15.5+.

Purchases

Premium dancers are unlocked through a one-time In-App Purchase. Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Dock Dancer is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We make no warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Data & Privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination & Changes

We may terminate access or modify the service at any time. We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
